Kris is originally from Southeast South Dakota and has been in healthcare for over 20 years. She has experience in a wide variety of areas including acute medical and surgical care, emergency medicine, intensive care, physiatry and rehabilitation, gerontology, oncology and wound care. She is active in her community, sitting on several boards including the Victims of Violence Intervention Program, the Lawrence County Community Coalition, and the Northern Hills Girl Scouts. If she had spare time, she would be spending it with her husband and two children, or possibly reading a good book.
